Sambhu S Babu provides freelance software development services, focusing primarily on Frappe Framework implementations, ERPNext customization, React Native, and Node.js solutions. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are handled individually via separate service agreements or proposals.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a written contract or Open Source license mechanism:

  • All custom code and architectures created specifically for a client remain the intellectual property of the client upon final payment.
  • We reserve the right to repurpose generalized snippets, open-source libraries, and standard framework configurations across different projects.
  • Content found on this Website (text, graphics, logos) is the property of Sambhu S Babu and protected by copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

The materials on Sambhu S Babu's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Sambhu S Babu be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services or deliverables.

5. Open Source Frameworks

Our services extensively utilize open-source frameworks like Frappe, ERPNext, Nuxt.js, and React. Your usage of the final delivered product may be bound by the specific software licenses corresponding to these original frameworks (e.g., GPLv3 for Frappe/ERPNext).

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, deposits, and delivery milestones are negotiated prior to the commencement of any freelance work. Failure to finalize payment per the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of support or withholding of the final source code.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
